Ocotillo Software builds privacy-first apps, and that starts with being plain about what we collect — which, for this website, is very little. This policy covers the ocotillosoftware.com website and our general company practices. Each app we release will publish its own detailed privacy policy at launch, alongside its App Store data-collection labels.
This website is operated by Ocotillo Software LLC ("Ocotillo," "we," "us"), a United States software company. You can reach us at admin@ocotillosoftware.com.
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use that information only to respond to you. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your contact information.
Our apps are designed privacy-first. All Told, our first app, is designed so that your information — including your medication records — is stored on your device. It is built without user accounts, without advertising, and without analytics that profile you. All Told will publish its own complete privacy policy when it launches, and that policy, together with its App Store privacy labels, will govern the app.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our revenue comes from our products, not from data.
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy on this page.
